If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please try to do this at least 48 hours before your appointment time.

Please ensure you use olive oil drops or spray in your ears for a minimum of 2-3 days before your appointment (unless you have a perforation). 7 days of oil use prior is preferable.​​​​​
​All appointments are held at Dobson House, Regent Centre. Please wait at reception or in the lobby at your appointment time.
Booking & Payment Information
You must be aged 18+ to make a booking. No payment or card details are taken at the time of booking.
Cash and card payments can be accepted. There is a free to use ATM cash machine nearby at ASDA Gosforth if needed.
